We endeavour to conduct long-term profitable and sustainable business, which is why Sandberg Development’s Board adopted a Group-wide Code of Conduct in 2021. The Code sets out Sandberg Development’s values and principles and it serves as a guide for both how we act towards each other within the Group and the world around us, so that we can contribute to a positive development in society.

All employees are expected to conduct themselves according to the Code of Conduct. It is important for us that we become aware of situations or behaviour that could seriously harm our operations, our subsidiaries or employees. For this reason, we have established an anonymous whistle-blower function.
