Sandberg Development Graduate Program

Sandberg Development aims to develop and invest in innovation‑ and technology‑driven companies within critical sectors, through long‑term active ownership, with its base in southern Sweden. As an owner company, we continuously strive to improve and create new sustainable and commercial solutions for the future. To achieve this, we need the talents of tomorrow. That is why we have our own Sandberg Development Graduate Program.

The third round of our Graduate Program starts September 8, 2026. The 12‑month trainee program offers newly graduated engineers and economists a unique opportunity to kickstart their careers in an innovation‑driven, family‑owned industrial group.
